About 40 years ago Grandfather stated: “I would like to give cattle merchants and other traders a place to eat and stay". This affirmation outlined the family's business future: to offer hospitality and make of it an art. At first came the Ristorante Tre Pini and this stake foresaw a future filled with success. At the same time, however, the socio-economical situation forced ever changing and different offers, intended to satisfy different hospitality needs. Grandfather's wisdom and know-how blended with the new and innovative ideas of the younger generation. Thus, the Hotel-Ristorante Bouganville was created, a functional and carefully furnished facility. Hospitality, that "art", also became elegance. The new executives, that younger generation that listened to Grandfather and used his advice, demonstrated great intuition and creativity.
